Senior Graphic Designer

Senior Graphic Designer for a growing national corporation in the Dallas area. The Senior Graphic Designer will be both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on creative, blending strong design expertise with thoughtful brand stewardship. The successful candidate will lead the graphic design initiatives, manage external vendors and uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints. DIRECT HIRE and ON‑SITE position!

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with departments to create and refine materials, including brochures, collateral, logos, tradeshow assets, partner materials, videos, infographics, etc.
  • Prepare design files for digital and print production, including resizing, file optimization, color management and quality control.
  • Oversee video production to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update and enhance the website and client portals.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, graphics and layouts that differentiate and drive business growth.
  • Own and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive creative experience including 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping and scaling brand identity across multiple markets, channels and platforms.
  • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, project management platforms, etc.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and staying ahead of design, digital and branding trends.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in creative operations including managing budgets, timelines, vendors and cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align creative vision to organizational goals.
