Graphic Designer

Indiasportshub is looking for a Graphic Designer to be the visual engine of our social media channels. You will be responsible for creating the eye-catching content our audience clicks on first—from match results and rankings to athlete profiles and event calendars. The Mission (What you'll be doing)

• Real-Time Graphics: Design high-quality, high-impact graphics for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, often needing to be completed within minutes of a major event or update.
• Information Design: Take raw data (scores, tables, rankings, records) and design clean, easy-to-digest visual formats.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with the Indiasportshub brand guidelines while making them dynamic and engaging.
• Volume Production: Handle a high daily volume of content—you will rarely work on one design for long.

The Commitment (The Performance-Based Deal)

• Trial Period: 1 Month, minimum freelance pay per deliverable basis.
• Probation: 6 Months, ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 per month + 1% of brand collaboration sales on your content.
• Permanent Role: Ongoing, ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month + 1% of brand collaboration on your content.

The Reality Check (MANDATORY Requirements)

• FULL-TIME Commitment ONLY. This role requires flexibility to cover live sports events and is not suitable for students or part-timers.
• Own Professional Gear: You must have your own high-performance working laptop/computer and a stable broadband internet connection. We are unable to provide hardware or software licenses.
• Software Proficiency: Non-negotiable skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with other relevant tools. If you know AI tools, that's a bonus.
• Speed and Accuracy: Proven ability to work fast and deliver content without factual or visual errors.
• Age: 18-28. We are seeking young, digitally native talent ready to jump into the startup content cycle.
