Job Description
The Marketing Associate will work closely with brokers to provide marketing support in the development of internal marketing materials and client presentations.
Overview of Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage tasks and collaborate with other marketing team members.
- Manage property availabilities and listings (new flyer releases, updates, and blasts) on commercial real‐estate websites, including CoStar and LoopNet, adhering to company guidelines.
- Assist with other marketing assignments (tour books, pitch books, placemats, etc.) to maintain consistency in the Lee & Associates brand.
- Assist with The WeekLee Transactions creation; update and coordinate information with brokers for distribution.
- Maintain and publish agent bios, company photos, and other company information via WordPress.
- Work closely with brokers to develop effective market research material for existing and potential clients.
- Assist new business development projects by drafting and preparing pitch letters, fact sheets, broker biographies, articles, and other marketing materials that highlight the company’s strengths and establish strong client relationships.
- Apply advanced knowledge of social media marketing venues for company branding and integration of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with a third‑party public relations firm on company ads, award submissions, and assignments.
- Respond to market/research requests from brokers in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Exercise judicious discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information regarding company business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in creating a marketing department workbook (“How To”) for all software and creative suite products, establishing workflow management and suggesting software to improve efficiency.
- Perform any other duties as designated by management.
Qualifications
- 1‑2 years of marketing experience, preferably in commercial real estate (new graduates also considered).
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field.
- Organized, resourceful, and able to multi‑task while meeting strict deadlines.
- Detail oriented with excellent writing and communication skills.
