OutBack Power is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote our brand and products in the solar industry. This role will focus on implementing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving lead generation efforts in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and online advertising.
Work with the branding team to create and publish marketing content such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and case studies.
Support SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media activities to improve online visibility and engagement.
Help implement strategies to attract and nurture leads using CRM and marketing automation tools.
Assist in organizing trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase OutBack Power’s products.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Support the marketing team in managing budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
All other duties assigned.
Required Skills and Attributes
Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media).
Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of the solar industry or renewable energy is a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or campaign execution.
Physical Requirements
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs., computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
