Ice Castles is an awe-inspiring, must-see winter phenomenon that brings fairytales to life. The frozen attraction is located in cities across North America. Ice Castles is built entirely by hand using hundreds of thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists. The castles include breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, and fountains.

Ice Castles is looking for a high-quality leader to join our team as a Sales Photography Supervisor.

The Sales Photography Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of sales photographers at our Ice Castle souvenir photography station, one of the most unique photography settings you've ever seen.

Job duties include the following:

• Setting the standard in being friendly and outgoing with guests
• Setting up and calibrating the studio flash lighting systems, printers, and other photography equipment
• Motivating the Sales Photography Team to achieve sales goals.
• Leading the way in selling the product (souvenir portraits) to guests visiting the Ice Castles.

Requirements:

• Being extremely well organized, and having excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a friendly and very outgoing disposition, with the ability and willingness to approach and communicate with a lot of people that you have never met before.
• Have a working knowledge of studio flash lighting equipment and an understanding of light metering.
• Previous management or sales experience is definitely a plus

Pay starts at $21 per hour. End of season bonus of up to $1 per hour work.

This is largely an outdoor job, which means you will need to dress warmly and be able to maintain a positive attitude and motivate others while working outside for long intervals.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
