Responsibilities

• Develop clear, detailed documentation for product features, including user guides, integration manuals and release notes.
• Review, refine, and edit existing documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, clarity, and that content is current and up to date.
• Create short demos or walkthroughs to supplement written documentation and support product understanding and training.

Collaboration

This role requires close cross-collaboration with Product, Tech, and Integration teams to ensure all documentation is accurate, aligned, and approved.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience as a technical writer looking to grow in their career.
