Introduction
The Video & Motion Graphics Producer owns the creation of high‑quality video assets and motion graphics that bring IBM’s stories, demos, and thought leadership to life. This role blends visual storytelling, technical production, and creative refinement to support sales, marketing, and executive communications.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Produce explainer videos, interview clips, and demo walk‑throughs
- Develop motion graphics for sales assets, presentations, and thought leadership content
- Ensure visual consistency across all video‑based communications
- Re‑cut long‑form recordings into short‑form, high‑impact distribution assets for sales, social, and executive use
Success Criteria
- High quality and clarity of visual storytelling
- Strong engagement and watch‑through rates across internal and external channels
- Increased reuse and adoption of video assets across sales, product, and executive teams
Preferred Education
Associate’s Degree / College Diploma
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics animation
- Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative clarity
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Figma, and similar platforms
- Ability to translate complex diagrams and technical concepts into clear visual explanations
