This internal team develops breakthrough and distinctive design systems and creative conversations that drive business objectives and keep this industry‑leading brand at the forefront of culture.

The team is uniquely positioned to be hyper‑focused on the customer experience across all channels, categories, and campaigns. They are ruthlessly focused on human truths, insight‑driven creative strategies, and integrated creative solutions that build the brand and grow the business—not just with ads, but through brand acts and experiences. You should be comfortable acting as the liaison between internal teams (creative design, account management) and external vendors. You will partner closely with department heads to oversee production workflow, including post‑production/retouching of final assets, layout, proofing, press checks, and final printing.

  • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Negotiate and manage outsourcing with vendor partners to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with the creative team and production designer on layouts and integration of final imagery to build mechanicals.
  • Review and approve proofs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design and content.
  • Oversee final printing and conduct press checks to guarantee the highest quality of print.
  • Manage data entry into project tracking software (e.g., Airtable), including requesting POs.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and maintain a positive attitude throughout.
  • Work with Business Affairs, legal, and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
  • Organize internal processes; document and socialize various production workstreams with stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate project status with cross‑functional stakeholders regularly.
  • Maintain detailed records of production processes, timelines, and costs.
  • Generate reports on production performance and suggest improvements.

  • Experience with the print production lifecycle from layout/design to print and mail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
