About the Role

You will be responsible for bringing the Provence Beauty visual world to life across packaging, digital assets, and brand campaigns. This role requires a strong design eye, an understanding of beauty trends, and the ability to translate concepts into elevated, retail‑ready packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging for new product launches, including bottles, tubes, jars, cartons, labels, and dielines.
• Develop packaging finishes (spot UV, embossing, debossing, foil, etc.).
• Work closely with product development to ensure packaging aligns with formula and brand direction.
• Create digital assets for email, social media, website, and advertising.
• Support seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and brand storytelling.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and visual systems.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure production accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, or CPG.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging work and brand identity projects.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Understanding of printing processes, dielines, color management, and production timelines.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a passion for modern, minimal, elevated design.
• Bonus: experience with 3D rendering or motion graphics.
