Product Manager
to join our team. This is a hybrid role located in Dedham, MA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategic marketing plans.
Forecast business performance and inventory needs.
Perform competitive analysis and unbiased market assessment.
Develop and deliver sales training materials.
Drive product development through innovation aimed at improving customer experience.
Inspire and motivate cross-functional team members.
Conduct market research and establish product pricing.
Achieve top/bottom line revenue targets and margin goals.
Develop and execute on training materials for Sales Team.
Improve brand awareness, identity, and customer engagement.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
BS in Business, Marketing or Finance required, preferably with a focus in MBA highly desired.
Candidates with a nursing or physical therapy background are preferred.
3-5 years medical device / pharmaceutical product marketing experience
Must be passionate about medical devices and their impact on patient lives.
Experienced in developing brand strategy, product positioning, value propositions.
Familiarity with Operating Room and Interventional lab procedures is a must.
Experience managing large product portfolios (blend of unique and commodity) is necessary.
Must have excellent analytical skills and be capable to making decisions based on results.
Experience working with products used in long-term care or post-operative orthopedic products will be given priority.
Experience working with KOLs and managing relationships is a must.
Must be fiscally responsible and capable of managing a budget.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Must be able to lift and carry up to >10 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
Ability to work a hybrid position.
