Sr. Recruiter Hiring Marketing Talent | Tell Your Dog I Said Hi Our client is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate with at least two years of experience supporting digital campaigns, marketing operations, and demand-generation activities. This role partners closely with leadership, sales, and external marketing resources to drive awareness, support revenue initiatives, and maintain day-to-day marketing execution.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This person will manage CRM and marketing automation tasks, coordinate content and social activity, and support events and trade show efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Operations
Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social, and other relevant channels to support lead generation and pipeline goals.
Manage day-to-day operations within a CRM/marketing automation platform (such as HubSpot): build and launch email campaigns, workflows, lists, and nurture sequences.
Maintain data quality, segmentation, and reporting dashboards.
Use LinkedIn and similar tools to support outreach efforts, build target lists, and amplify company content.
Track performance through marketing analytics platforms and provide recommendations for improvement.
Content & Social Media
Create and schedule content for company social channels, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.
Assist with writing and editing marketing materials including case studies, project spotlights, technical content, website copy, blogs, landing pages, and email copy.
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual alignment across all digital assets.
Events, Conferences & Trade Shows
Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, booth preparation, collateral, and promotional materials.
Help manage lead capture and ensure timely follow-up through the CRM.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and external marketing teams on projects and initiatives.
Maintain marketing databases, spreadsheets, and asset libraries.
Conduct research on competitors, target accounts, and industry trends.
Assist with preparing presentations, promotional materials, and campaign reports.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
Experience in B2B marketing environments.
Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar).
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, including prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator.
Experience supporting trade shows or events.
Solid writing and editing skills for marketing content.
Strong organization and project management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment with shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a commercially minded approach.
