Join to apply for the
Product Designer
role at
Curvestone AI .
About Curvestone Curvestone is building the
AI workflow layer for complex, high‑stakes processes , from legal contract reviews and compliance checks to financial audits and insurance claims.
Regulated services are still dominated by
manual, siloed workflows
that are hard to scale without risk. Our platform changes that.
Curvestone AI automates multi‑step, document‑heavy processes with the precision, auditability, and security demanded by regulated industries , unlocking speed and accuracy that were previously out of reach.
We partner with
compliance officers, legal ops leaders, and financial services innovators
who rely on us as critical infrastructure. For them, we are not a “nice‑to‑have” experiment.
We are business‑critical.
We are a
high‑growth company headquartered in Holborn, London.
Our team brings together expertise in AI, automation, and enterprise transformation, united by a
mission to reinvent how regulated industries work.
This is an opportunity to help build category‑defining technology, see your work adopted by leading organisations in law, finance, and compliance, and join Curvestone at an early stage in our growth journey.
The Opportunity This is our first dedicated product design hire. You will own the end‑to‑end user experience across the Curvestone platform — covering onboarding, workflow building, review experiences, and everything in between.
You will work directly with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn user insights into intuitive, elegant, high‑impact experiences. You will also redefine our design system and visual language as the platform scales.
Your impact will be immediate, tangible, and critical to the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do End‑to‑End Product Design
Own the full design process for the platform — from early concepts, flows, and prototypes to polished UI.
Translate complex, multi‑step legal, compliance, and financial workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.
User Research & Insights
Conduct user interviews and usability tests with workflow builders, lawyers, compliance professionals, and analysts.
Identify friction points and opportunities through qualitative research and analytics.
Design System & Visual Consistency
Redesign and own the evolution of our design system — ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility.
Create a cohesive visual language across the product and support light brand expression when needed.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Product Manager to align UX decisions with product priorities and strategy.
Partner with engineers to ensure accurate and high‑quality implementation.
Help embed a culture of user‑centric design across Curvestone.
About you
4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS, enterprise, or workflow‑heavy tools.
Strong command of Figma and modern design practices.
Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
Experience designing for complex, data‑rich, or multi‑step products.
Strong visual design skills — layout, typography, and interaction detail.
Clear communication and the ability to explain design decisions confidently.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable iterating quickly in an early‑stage environment.
Experience working with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Metabase, etc.).
Familiarity with AI‑powered or data‑centric products.
