Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary)

• Design high‑performing YouTube thumbnails, posters, and social graphics.
• Create fun, eye‑catching visual assets that match the brand’s tone and style.
• Contribute to creative ideation, pitching visual concepts, thumbnail ideas, and campaign looks.
• Build consistent design systems and templates across platforms.

Editing (Secondary)

• Edit quick, punchy TikToks, Reels, and Shorts.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and effects that enhance watchability.
• Recut existing content into platform‑optimized clips.

Videography (Tertiary)

• Capture simple, well‑framed BTS footage during shoot days.
• Record supplemental footage when needed (B‑roll, behind‑the‑scenes, pickup shots).
• Operate basic camera/mic setups and deliver organized files to the post team.

What You Bring

• Strong portfolio showing thumbnails, posters, social graphics, and quick‑cut edits; videography samples a plus.
• Deep knowledge of internet culture, trending aesthetics, and platform‑specific best practices.
• Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
