Creative Project Associate

Role at Uline – Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative project scheduling to meet deadlines and manage print and digital materials.
• Proof all print and digital creative materials for proper spelling, punctuation and color accuracy – catalogs, pamphlets, advertising materials and website.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and are within Uline’s brand and style guidelines.
• Partner with other teams on assignments, including Design, Photo, Merchandising and Direct Marketing.
• Maintain, update and archive project files.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of the print production process a plus.
