The role involves completing creative repairs, typically in an hour or less, using your skills in painting, sculpting, and color matching to bring surfaces back to life.

Duties

• Complete 4 or more creative repairs on‑site each day
• Perform work on‑location while displaying good customer service and communication
• Problem‑solve repairs in a variety of settings such as apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, and more

Customer Service & Communication

• Treat tenants and staff with exceptional customer service
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool
• Collaborate with the designated Support Team to resolve any issues

Follow Repair Process

• Learn and integrate our unique 5‑step repair process into your workflow
• Master each instrument and tool in your personalized tool‑kit
• Apply artistic talents to create a unique solution for each repair

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in manual work (construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, etc.)
• Background in facilities maintenance is helpful but not required
• Able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; familiarity with color matching is integral to our process
