Reserve is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end design environments including luxury, lifestyle, sports, fashion, or modern cultural brands. The right candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to translate creative direction into elevated, consistent, and compelling visual work across channels.

What You’ll Work On

• Design for multi-channel touchpoints including social, web, email, print, packaging, merchandise, decks, signage, and event environments
• Develop visual identities and campaign systems including typography lockups, layout standards, and storytelling concepts
• Support cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, apparel, partnerships, and events through concepting, execution, and final delivery
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across printed and physical formats

What You Bring

• 3 to 5+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Working knowledge or proficiency in AI creative platforms including Nano Banana Pro or similar tools for design, editing, and production workflows
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or asset management platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout composition, and brand identity systems
• A portfolio showcasing elevated, modern branding work across digital and print
• Ability to manage timelines, pivot quickly, and execute at a high level in a fast-moving environment
