About Odyssey Growth Group: Odyssey helps 7-9-figure e-commerce brands increase revenue, ROAS, and high-fives. With our unique understanding of messaging, targeting, media channels, and creative, we help companies find the inflection point that unlocks their next stage of growth. We’re looking for a creative, inquisitive, strategic “do-er” to join our team and lead the creation process for new ads - from ideation, to script-writing, to post production with our video editing team. Job Responsibilities: Spearhead quarterly creative vision planning with clients Ideate and write conversion-driven scripts for new ads Storyboard new creative ideas using tools like Figma, ForePlay, Notion, and more Consistently create premium UGC ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms Work with internal and 3rd-party production partners to create video, gif, and other types types of formats for ads Analyze performance data, come up with new ideas for big swings and iterations that can improve performance Work with our internal team to build client-facing reports that help us make key creative decisions Consistently make ads that command more spend, drive better CPA’s, thumbstops, and CTR’s Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 5-7 years of experience in a creative role at an e-commerce company or e-commerce-focused agency Experience with Figma is required Experience with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate is preferred Experience creating performance-driven ads for Facebook, TikTok, Youtube Experience shooting UGC videos yourself for paid platforms Can-do attitude is a must; this is a start-up that requires you to wear many hats and deal with a certain level of day-to-day uncertainty Experience driving projects forward in design including websites, paid media, apps, and email is strongly encouraged Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible PTO with 9 paid holidays Fully remote 100% employer-sponsored health benefits 401(k) with company matching #J-18808-Ljbffr
