We’re passionate about our work, we believe there is always a better way, and we’re in this for the long haul.It’s time to look at Taylor.**Your Opportunity:** We’re looking for a **Publishing/Graphics Specialist** who’s ready to jump in, take ownership, and help drive our publishing and graphics processes to the next level.**Your Responsibilities:*** Reviewing and prepping artwork quickly and accurately* Working with customers and distributors to interpret requests and ensure artwork is print-ready* Collaborating with production and other departments to balance what’s possible with what our customers expect* Pitching in on special projects — even outside your normal day-to-day work.* Attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions* Being flexible with overtime and occasional Saturday work when needed (we do our best to plan ahead!)**Your shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm**You Must Have:*** Solid experience in publishing, graphics, prepress, or a similar field* Strong attention to detail — you catch the little things others miss* Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-moving environment* Comfortable working independently but also a real team player* A process-minded thinker who’s always looking for a smarter way to do things* Willingness to adapt, pitch in, and take on new challenges as they come**We Would Also Prefer:*** Hands-on knowledge of publishing/graphics software and prepress workflows**About Taylor Corporation**One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
