Head of Marketing
for its expanding U.S. business. The company is now scaling rapidly across the U.S.—and this role is central to shaping the brand’s next chapter.
Reporting directly to the U.S. CEO, this executive will lead brand strategy, digital marketing, loyalty, category management, and retail activation across all channels. It’s a rare opportunity for a

Retail marketing, hospitality marketing, food & beverage, consumer-facing omnichannel brands, or anyone with deep experience driving traffic, loyalty, and in-store sales. This role is especially well suited for candidates who have led marketing for
coffee, QSR, fast casual, restaurants, retail chains, or experiential brands .

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of the overall marketing strategy, annual calendar, and seasonal campaigns
Develop hero F&B product campaigns in collaboration with culinary teams
Drive brand awareness through in-store POS, paid media, social media, and integrated marketing activities
Create and execute social media strategy, including content generation, paid campaigns, and monthly reporting
Own and optimize the loyalty app strategy to increase engagement, repeat visits, and customer retention
Oversee performance marketing, analytics, and ROI measurement
Retail, Category Management & CPG Growth
Manage category strategy and optimize F&B product range for sales lift
Drive sales of CPG products across in-store, online shop, and external channel partnerships
Manage delivery and catering partners, including promotional planning
Develop localized store-level sales plans to increase foot traffic and unit performance
Conduct customer insight research (surveys, customer panels, in-store interviews)
Track industry trends, competitive activity, and digital/CRM best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in digital or loyalty program management
Strong background in social media audience growth and brand awareness
Experience managing loyalty programs with measurable sales impact
Skilled in digital platforms (Meta, Braze, Power BI), analytics, and data-driven decision-making
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in small teams, fast-paced environments, and “roll-up-your-sleeves” execution
Preferred Experience (Highly Valued)
Retail or hospitality experience—ideal for this role
Experience working with food development and category management
Hands‑on experience with loyalty platform and app management
Experience selling CPG products in multi‑channel environments
