About the Role:

We are looking for motivated Graphic Design Interns to join our marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience in graphic design, social media strategy, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned, perfect for students seeking real world experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. For college credit ONLY.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist on the ideation/creation of graphics that remain consistent with the Worcester Railers HC brand.
  • Designing digital and print graphics used for social media, video boards, and signage.
  • Assist with graphic resizes across a variety of digital/print sizes.
  • Creation of promotional graphics, including but not limited to posters, programs, social media, and website graphics.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in After Effects & Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Experience in photography, videography, and social media content creation is a plus.
  • Full Season internship availability is a plus.
  • A passion for sports design.

Job Questions:

  2. Do you live within 20 miles of Worcester, MA and have reliable transportation or are you planning on being remote?
  3. Will you be able to work at least 50% of away games (Games typically take place on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
  4. Please provide a portfolio. (Applications with no portfolio will not be considered).
