As a **Security Officer - Media Campus Patrol** in **Nashville, TN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology and media location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while building strong relationships through exceptional customer service. You will support a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and communicating clearly with staff and visitors, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter in a tech and media environment to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or unusual activity.
  • Work closely with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings while on patrol to help to deter unwanted activity and/or access.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
