We are seeking an energetic, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as our Full-Time Social Media Intern for the 2026 season. Position Overview The Summer Social Media Intern will play a key role in creating, curating, and publishing engaging content across all Greenville Drive digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This position offers hands-on experience in digital storytelling, brand marketing, and fan engagement within the fast-paced environment of professional sports. Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing the Greenville Drive's social media content calendar.
- Maintaining online voice of the Greenville Drive across social media platforms
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content optimized for each platform.
- Film and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) highlighting players, fans, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Capture and edit in-game content for real-time posting during home games.
- Collaborate with marketing and game presentation staff to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Monitor current trends on social media to keep Drive content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Assist with community events, sponsor activations, and promotional content creation.
- Track analytics and performance of content to help refine social strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for sports and storytelling.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities during games and events.
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to engage with fans and players both on and off camera.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus).
- Strong video production and editing skills, especially for short-form content.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile content creation.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the baseball schedule.
- Ability to speak conversational Spanish a plus
- Photography experience a plus
- Partially paid position with opportunity for academic credit if approved by your college or university.
- Hands-on experience in sports marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
