**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor access points and observe for any irregularities or security-related concerns within the location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and information as needed.
  • Document incidents and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
