Cashman Photo is hiring: Sales and Photography Associate in Las Vegas

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers promptly and warmly upon their arrival
• Guiding guests through an enjoyable photography experience
• Capturing high-quality souvenir photographs
• Encouraging customers to view and purchase their photos
• Demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude with all customers
• Meeting personal sales goals and contributing to the location's overall goals
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Adapting to various tasks as needed
• Working both indoors and outdoors

Commitment Requirements:

• Adherence to company uniform guidelines
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Basic math abilities and calculator proficiency
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Demands:

This role requires constant movement, communication, and the ability to perform tasks such as reaching, standing, and adjusting focus. You will frequently navigate steps, bend, twist, and carry a camera weighing approximately 2 pounds. Lifting boxes of supplies up to 25 pounds with assistance may also be necessary.
