What You’ll Do
Own end‑to‑end SEO operations for Exadel’s key service areas: strategy, technical optimization, content planning, and link‑building execution
Build and evolve a scalable SEO roadmap aligned with business and lead‑gen goals across priority markets and industries
Lead technical SEO audits, prioritize improvements with engineering, and ensure healthy performance through releases, migrations, and redesigns
Drive content SEO and growth marketing:
Research demand and opportunities by market/vertical
Create briefs and optimization plans for landing pages, blog content, and solution pages
Launch and optimize new SEO pages at scale
Manage and improve organic lead funnel performance by partnering with analytics and lead gen on tracking, attribution, and CRO experiments
Run authority and link acquisition programs, ensuring quality, relevance, and measurable impact on rankings
Provide clear reporting and insights on SEO performance, opportunities, and risks to marketing leadership and stakeholders
Mentor and support teammates or external contributors (copywriters, agencies, freelancers) involved in SEO delivery
What You Bring
7+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, including strong exposure to B2B services, IT outsourcing, or software development domains
Proven track record of building and executing SEO strategies that drive growth in organic traffic and qualified leads
Strong expertise in:
Technical SEO (audits, indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, migrations/redesign recovery)
On‑page optimization & content SEO (keyword research, briefs, optimization, internal linking)
Off‑page / link building & digital PR with measurable authority growth
International SEO & multi‑regional sites (US/EU/UK and beyond)
Strong analytical mindset: web analytics, conversion tracking, CRO awareness, and ability to translate data into insights and priorities
Tools proficiency: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, GTM, Looker Studio, HubSpot (or equivalent)
Ability to work confidently with CMS platforms such as Webflow and WordPress
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for technical SEO and effective collaboration with developers
Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with content, dev, design, sales, and analytics teams
English level
Upper‑Intermediate+ (C1 preferred)
