TradeShow Marketer (Field Marketer) – Great Day Improvements
If you're enthusiastic, outgoing, and thrive face‑to‑face interactions, join our team to showcase Patio Enclosures and act as a brand ambassador to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events through direct client interactions.
Demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects at these events.
Transport and set up/tear down exhibit displays and materials according to guidelines.
Schedule free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling best practices.
Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication.
Work independently or as part of a team, representing your assigned brand with passion and professionalism.
Adapt to various event environments and engage with a wide range of customer personalities.
Travel to event locations and participate in door‑to‑door marketing as needed.
Manage flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Submit timecards and paperwork on time.
Requirements
Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Smartphone for timekeeping and appointment setting.
Experience in sales or marketing (1–3 years preferred). Prior tradeshow marketing or customer‑facing roles are advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, friendly, and passionate about connecting with people.
Ability to inform, persuade, and generate leads while promoting brand value.
Resilience in handling rejection while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Team‑oriented yet able to work independently with initiative.
Adaptability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly base pay $18.00 per hour plus commission.
Paid training.
