Designer, Editorial – Hybrid (Lisle, IL) Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you’ll do

Partner with the Creative Director and Project Managers to scope, schedule, and deliver on time and on brief.

Lead visual direction on highly technical and detail‑oriented deliverables.

Leverage skills in graphic and editorial design on client and internal work.

Create 360 campaigns, brand guidelines, fact sheets and infographics, educational/promotional toolkits, email/newsletters, logos and identity assets, social content series, landing pages, and website content.

Drive innovative ideas that enhance brand positioning and differentiation.

Lead, design, participate in, and contribute to design critiques with clients and our internal team.

Further develop and promote the Morreale brand to position the firm for growth in Illinois and targeted markets.

The ideal candidate

Skilled graphic designer with experience in photography, videography, animation, web design, and more.

Ability to turn highly technical ideas into clear concepts, smart visuals, and shippable assets.

Detail‑oriented and self‑driven, capable of carrying a project from inception to conclusion with little supervision.

Relentlessly focused on client success and thriving in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Big‑picture thinker, driven to exceed client expectations.

Capable of leading visual direction and translating business goals into creative actions.

Growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback and critique.

Position Requirements

10+ years of experience in‑house or in an agency environment.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications.

Ability to travel as required.

Qualifications And Skill Requirements

Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

CMS experience (Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Figma preferred).

Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp).

Punctual, dependable, and accountable.
