**Your Role**Gensler is seeking an experienced Designer to join our San Francisco office. We are looking for a leader who excels in managing people, driving creativity, and shaping strategic direction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to transform interior architecture into exceptional design solutions, while integrating sound business strategies to create effective, inspiring spaces. actively contribute to broader strategic goals. This role requires the ability to market services, **Your Qualifications*** 10+ years minimum of relevant design experience in corporate workplace interiors as an interior designer* Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture* NCIDQ Certification preferred but not required* Knowledge in sustainable and universal design concepts. LEED accreditation preferred but not required* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools* Skilled in conceptual thinking, experiential design, and storytelling in space* Expert Knowledge of FF&E, color & materials* Expert Knowledge of furniture systems and specifications* Proficient in Creative Adobe Suite applications* Outstanding graphic presentation skills* Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development* Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required.
