Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Representative to represent our brand at local events, retail locations, and community expos. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—sparking interest, building rapport, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team.

What You’ll Do
Engage with homeowners at retail stores, trade shows, and community events
Start meaningful conversations and identify customer needs
Collect qualified leads and book appointments for our design consultants
Represent our premium window and door products with confidence
Create a memorable, positive brand experience for every interaction
What You’ll Get
Hourly pay starting at $22, plus uncapped weekly bonuses
Top performers earn $65K+ annually
