Job Summary The Marketing Technology Specialist bridges marketing, technology, and data to modernize the firm’s digital ecosystem. This position manages the firm’s key marketing platforms—including Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and the firm’s website—to build a seamless, data‑driven marketing infrastructure. The individual serves as both strategist and technologist—optimizing campaign performance, automating processes, managing website functionality, and integrating data systems to deliver actionable insights and measurable impact.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties Marketing Technology & Systems Integration
Own day-to-day technical operations of marketing platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Manychat, and analytics systems.
Configure, maintain, and integrate data between CRM, automation, advertising, and analytics platforms.
Ensure accurate tracking through tag management, event configuration, and cross-channel attribution models.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to maintain system security and reliability.
Website Management (Front-End & Back-End Support)
Manage, update, and optimize the firm’s website and landing pages to maximize performance, SEO, and conversions.
Maintain functionality of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or equivalent).
Implement tracking codes, conversion pixels, and form integrations between the website, CRM, and ad platforms.
Troubleshoot performance issues, plugin conflicts, and basic code errors (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP preferred).
Partner with design vendors or developers on new site features, architecture updates, or UX/UI improvements.
Digital Campaign Operations
Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other key platforms.
Build audience segments, implement creative and copy testing, and continuously refine campaign targeting strategies within Marketing.
Ensure alignment between ad landing pages, forms, and call-to-action tracking for accurate performance reporting.
Automation, Analytics & Optimization
Develop and manage marketing automation workflows for lead generation and nurturing.
Build or work with existing custom dashboards in GA4, Data Studio, or Power BI for real-time campaign monitoring.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven tactics to continuously improve ROI, conversion, and engagement.
Identify opportunities to automate repeated tasks and integrate systems to improve data flow and accuracy.
Training, Documentation & Collaboration
Create internal documentation and best practices around MarTech and website management.
Train team members on proper use of marketing and data tools.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure campaigns and technology align with firm goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of hands‑on experience managing marketing platforms and digital systems in a technology-enabled marketing environment.
Proficient in Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and ManyChat.
Proven experience maintaining and updating websites (front-end and back-end).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (PHP or Python a plus).
Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace, and understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo).
Data-driven mindset with ability to visualize, interpret, and communicate performance metrics clearly.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, or ETL workflows.
Exposure to UX/UI optimization practices and accessibility standards.
Project experience implementing website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with SQL or Python for data automation (nice to have, not required).
