Data Science Graduate (Advertisement Team) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
We’re the TikTok Monetization Products data science team, enabling and championing data‑driven decision making. Our mission is to drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth for TikTok through data science.
Responsibilities:
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical methods.
- Design, analyze, and interpret insights end‑to‑end on a project from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and impactful business recommendations.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring sophisticated analytical and modeling techniques.
- Design, execute, and interpret results of experiments (e.g., A/B testing).
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to team leadership and influence strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications:
- Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data analysis in a scripting language (R, Python, MATLAB).
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in data science.
- Research experience in data science.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
- Agile, quick self‑learner, highly self‑motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem‑solver.
- Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast‑moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.

Compensation: Base salary range $114,000–$177,777 annually (may vary by qualifications, location, etc.).
