Overview

The Senior Analyst, Media Analytics will enhance our data‑storytelling capability and provide tactical support and subject‑matter expertise in platform and performance measurement analytics. This role blends sophisticated data management with business acumen, leveraging client, relationship and project management experience to deliver proactive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and drive use of data to impact media strategies for clients based on overall objectives.
  • Translate technical data concepts into clear, ordinary terms.
  • Maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring marketing technology and data activities adhere to privacy and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal media investment teams to support campaign activation and data‑driven storytelling.
  • Share derived insights and results with client and internal teams to influence business needs and growth.

Qualifications & Must Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media and ad technology or within an analytics function in the marketing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop hypotheses, analyze data, draw conclusions, and recommend actionable insights.
  • Excellent oral, written, and client presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Knowledge of database structures and experience with data manipulation.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Can‑do attitude and “figure‑out‑ability” mindset.

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with surveys (Lucid, Millward Brown, Nielsen, etc.).
  • Experience with competitive monitoring tools (Nielsen, comScore, Kantar, Pathmatics, etc.).
  • Advanced statistical modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Experience in multivariate regression; familiarity with P‑value, VIF, T‑score, R², MSE, Durbin‑Watson, etc.
  • Hands‑on experience in SAS, R or Python (coding from scratch).

Compensation

Salary range: $72,390.00 - $99,960.00 annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range.
