Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Paid Media Director based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility to work from home part‑time. The Paid Media Director will oversee and develop comprehensive paid media strategies, including media planning, digital advertising campaigns, and platform management. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing campaigns for ROI, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and supervising a team of paid media specialists. This role requires leadership in identifying new media opportunities and staying ahead of digital trends to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
