What You'll Do

• AI-Driven Innovation Champion emerging AI design tools for image, video, and layout to push creative boundaries and streamline workflows.
• Brand Storytelling Maintain and evolve the Capriotti's brand identity across digital, print, menus, and in-store experiences.
• Content Creation Design for social media, ads, email, packaging, and merchandisedeveloping compelling content that drives engagement.
• Photo/Video Capture content or leverage AI alternatives to produce food, lifestyle, and event visuals that feel authentic to the brand.
• Collaboration & Execution Partner with marketing, copywriters, and stakeholders while juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• 24 years professional design experience (food & beverage industry a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (image, video, text-to-layout, automation workflows)
• Strong portfolio showing creative range across digital + social content
• Familiarity with web design/UX principles and social media trends
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
