Graphic Designer
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm PST
Location: 100% remote
Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement
Payment: $1,200 - $1,500 USD / Month Depending on experience
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer with a passion for Direct Response creative and a strong grasp of what it takes to scale winning ads. You'll help build and iterate ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Displayfueling an ad budget in the tens of millions. You're someone who blends motion, static, and video editing chops with an understanding of what actually drives clicks, conversions, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Create, test, and iterate Direct Response ads across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display)
- Design static ads, short-form videos, gifs, and motion assets optimized for performance
- Support creative testing frameworks: launch 510 variants per concept, then optimize based on results
- Format and adapt campaign creative for multiple placements: mobile, desktop, email, site
- Build and maintain creative templates and asset libraries for faster iteration
- Help develop decks and internal creative presentations
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing to align ads with KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.)
- Keep up with social trends and performance-driven best practices (e.g. meme ads, UGC-inspired edits, etc.)
- Roll up your sleeves for production tasksresizing, retouching, sourcing UGC and more
