Overview We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful visuals that support marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency. Ideal candidates will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver over 25 graphic content assets per month, along with additional one-off projects to support marketing campaigns.
- Develop branded templates to streamline content creation and ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging visuals that align with campaign strategies and objectives.
- Organize, manage, and archive design assets while maintaining version control.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, proposing innovative ideas to enhance visual appeal.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with the marketing team to ensure alignment on projects and priorities.
- Utilize Airtable for efficient project tracking and task management.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating designs for both digital and print platforms, including brochures and other promotional materials.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, with expertise in both digital and print design.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality designs, supported by a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Canva.
- Strong understanding of design principles for digital marketing and print materials.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using Airtable for project management and task organization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is considered a plus.
