Overview of Position

To assist in our growth, we seek an outstanding and motivated Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will work as a member of Bridgers Marketing team to define and elevate the Bridger Photonics brand. Youll shape our visual identity during a period of rapid growth, turning technical concepts into compelling, clear, and memorable design. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in creative ownership and wants to build something lasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual branding across digital, print, events, presentations, and more.
• Design high-quality marketing collateral (social graphics, brochures, banners, pitch decks, web assets, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to bring complex ideas to life visually.
• Support basic photo/video editing and multimedia needs.
• Maintain organized libraries of creative assets and templates.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and digital work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonus: Basic photo/video editing or motion skills.
• Strong design instincts, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

• This is a full-time salaried position.
• Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and skills.
• This position is intended to be based at Bridgers facility in Bozeman, MT.
