Role

We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to work directly with the Founders to take a B2B AI startup from 0 to 2M ARR. This is a hands‑on, high‑velocity execution role. You will be the first marketer on the ground and will serve as the media buyer, copywriter, designer, and strategist wrapped in one.

What You Will Do

• Build the Paid Engine (Meta/Google/LinkedIn): Execute high‑velocity testing, launching, killing, and scaling campaigns daily based on ROAS and CAC.
• Orchestrate Outbound Ops: Build automated, high‑intent outbound systems using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Apollo; scrape lists, enrich data, and write personalized sequences that book demos via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• High‑Velocity Creative Production: Use Canva/Figma yourself to spin up 10–20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week to find winning hooks.
• Full‑Funnel CRO: Construct landing pages and copy, improve the sign‑up flow, and optimize email nurture sequences to move prospects from "Click" to "Credit Card".
• Revenue Obsession: Focus on demos booked, qualified pipeline, and closed revenue, not vanity metrics such as impressions or brand lift.
• Out‑of‑the‑Box Thinker: Try unconventional marketing, set up events, or do something creative that garners attention.

Who You Are

• A "0 to 1" builder who has taken a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR before and is comfortable with chaos and ambiguity.
• Technically scrappy, able to fix small issues without a developer and familiar with Framer/web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools.
• Act with urgency and ownership, believing speed is the ultimate competitive advantage, and able to take ownership when things need to be done.
• Write copy that sells, understanding the psychology of B2B sales and crafting headlines and emails that generate responses.
