Creative Strategist – Responsibilities

  • Service 155 local markets and 1,200 sellers by delivering custom creative concepts across video, paid social, display, and audio.
  • Provide a strategic lens and POV to bring campaigns to life through industry‑leading digital creative and social trends.
  • Lead/contribute to driving incremental revenue and client renewals with internal departments: Client Success, Unified Markets, and Design Hub.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and retention.
  • Monitor and provide digital creative analysis, learnings, and strategy recommendations.
  • Gather necessary info from AEs to submit 10K+ custom creative requests (design and video) to Design Hub across iHDS/Markets Group.
  • Attend internal and external creative [or social strategy] calls to ideate strategy surrounding creative requests and platform‑specific products.
  • Submit concept decks/briefs for client approval to expedite creative requests, including social platform mockups.
  • Navigate social questions across all platforms; collaborate with end‑to‑end DSEs on social campaign plans and deployments (e.g., pre‑sales cases).
  • Create social calendars for signature accounts with multiple ads running (approved scenarios only).
  • Ideate or trim copy for any digital asset requested through their markets.

Creative Strategist – Requirements

  • Must know social best practices and general interface/navigation knowledge for key platforms: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable concepting and pitching creative (internally and externally).
  • Research, develop, and communicate strategic marketing plans for clients.
  • Able to think strategically and visualize creatively.
  • Natural leader; desire to mentor junior creatives.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft, Google, and Adobe products (Wrike is a bonus!).
  • Strong video production and editing background preferred.

Compensation

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$21.92 – $27.40
