Role Description

Balacia is a luxury fine jewelry brand specializing in engagement rings, unisex wedding bands, and meaningful heirlooms.

This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Social Media Content Creator located in Uptown Dallas. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms.

Day‑to‑day tasks include creating engaging posts, crafting captivating captions, tracking social media analytics, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying updated on social media trends. Working in a dynamic environment, the role supports branding efforts and community engagement while ensuring consistency with the company’s tone and values.

This position requires 1‑3 days (flexible) in our Uptown Dallas office per week. We estimate 20 hours (in‑office and remote) per week. This position is 1099 without benefits. You have the opportunity to earn thousands of dollars in commission.

Qualifications

• Expert in filming jewelry and influencer‑style videos in proper lighting
• Proficiency in Social Media Planning, Content Creation, and Visual Storytelling
• Familiarity with Social Media Analytics, Performance Metrics, and Optimization Strategies
• Experience with creative writing, copywriting, and editing
• Knowledge of marketing, luxury branding, and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Social Pilot, Buffer)
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast‑paced, high fashion environment
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

$2,000 monthly + commission
