Director of Recruiting and Business Operations at Viaduct
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video with experience utilizing editing tools DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand, engages audiences, and supports marketing, training, and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into polished, professional content for digital, broadcast, and social media platforms.
- Utilize DaVinci Resolve for color grading, audio balancing, and advanced finishing.
- Apply motion graphics, titles, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate with the creative team, directors, and producers to translate project goals into compelling visual stories.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video projects.
- Organize and manage media assets, project files, and version control.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production and editing.
- Deliver videos within tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
- Proven as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing work across different platforms (commercials, social media, corporate, etc.).
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression for various delivery platforms.
- Experience creating graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
