Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fashion Designer based in Eden Prairie, MN, with flexibility for some remote work. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative collections, incorporating embroidery, textiles, and fashion principles. Key tasks include creating designs, collaborating with production teams for fittings, and ensuring high-quality standards in all creations. The role involves staying updated on industry trends, sourcing suitable materials, and working closely with internal teams to bring the vision of Colozial to life.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Fashion Design and an in-depth understanding of design development
• Expertise in Embroidery, Textiles, and related techniques
• Experience with garment construction and fitting processes
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for trends in the fashion industry
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, Manufacturing Processing or a related field
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design innovation and aesthetic sensibility
