Graphic Designer in Phoenix, AZ. The creative professional will produce visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms, shaping brand presence, marketing communications, and overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative visual concepts and deliver stunning layouts for web, social media, digital advertising, brochures, flyers, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute design projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and deliverables.
  • Prepare print‑ready files, communicate with print vendors, and oversee production processes to ensure quality output.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to digital and print projects.
  • Edit and retouch images, create original graphics, and ensure delivery of high‑quality assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that elevate brand storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Proficiency in Webmaster Tools for website performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront for project management.
  • Thorough understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and prepress/production for print.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print formats.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with video editing tools is a plus.
