Graphic Designer (Performance-Driven Meta Creative)

We're helping a fast-growing DTC client in the wellness space hire a Graphic Designer fluent in performance-driven creative for Meta platforms. This role is for someone who understands how to stop the scroll, drive conversions, and strike the balance between brand storytelling and direct-response impact. If you thrive in fast-paced eCommerce environments and love designing high-performing visual content, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms including static ads, carousels, Reels overlays, UGC-style edits, and story assets
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate and optimize based on ROAS and engagement data
• Maintain and elevate brand visual identity while adapting to evolving trends on Meta
• Concept and execute both brand-forward and conversion-focused visual assets
• Design additional marketing materials as needed (landing pages, email graphics, etc.)
