Asst Designer – Women's Textiles and Graphics

Join PacSun as an Asst Designer where you will collaborate with designers, merchants, and product development to create original art, graphics, and textile prints for our junior apparel categories. PacSun inspires youth through fashion, music, art, and sport.

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate original art across all junior categories.
• Create cohesive stories and graphic compositions for each collection.
• Develop textile prints, recolors, repeats, and manipulations for fabric applications.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork (scaling, color callouts, vendor files).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and incorporate feedback from designers, merchants, and production.
• Present artwork and creative concepts in large meetings and design reviews.
• Manage multiple projects, balance deadlines, and maintain organized workflow.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of textile design and/or graphic design focused on junior apparel.
• BFA or BA in Fine Arts or related design degree.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform.
• Strong illustration, typography, and fabric design skills.
• Fast‑paced, detail‑oriented, and team‑player mindset.
• Self‑motivated, humble, and possess excellent work ethic.

Salary Range

$61,929 – $69,223

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, and use hands for frequent tasks.
• Stand and walk in open environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Work on computer and mobile phone for extended hours.
• Travel to elevator or stairwells for meetings; occasional business travel may be required.
