Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our communications department, responsible for enhancing our organization's public image and managing media relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of public relations strategies and tactics, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the organization's image.
• Write and distribute press releases and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze public relations trends and audience feedback.
• Coordinate and assist with events, press conferences, and media briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.
