Radio SSO – Army Radios SSO (Contract)
Overview
Supports Army tactical radio and waveform modernization programs within the Mission Command portfolio. Provides analysis and recommendations on network transport, interoperability, and capability integration across echelons, and develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing cost, schedule, and performance. Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, and ARSTAF to align tactical communications with Army network objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support Army tactical radio and waveform modernization programs.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on network transport, interoperability, and capability integration across echelons.
- Develop information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing cost, schedule, and performance.
- Coordinate with ASA(ALT), T2COM, and ARSTAF to align tactical communications with Army network objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties.
- Expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability; proficiency in evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems.
- Advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data‑driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization.
- DoD Secret security clearance.

Employment Type & Salary
Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level. $81,244.00 – $121,908.00 (annually) – St. Paul, MN (remote/satellite). Available as contract.
