Responsibilities
We are looking for a Full‑Stack .NET Developer for Eurofins’s SAM Sensory and Consumer Research (SAM). Depending on the candidate’s profile, this position can be based in any European SAM or Eurofins location. Occasional trips may be required (team meetings in Aix‑en‑Provence and potential deployments).
You will be part of the IT Solution team that is in charge of SAM’s business IT applications (SAM's information system, and SAM’s Consumer Portal for our global consumer panel, both hosted on MS Azure). All our activities are subject to demanding security requirements, with an ISO 27001‑certified organisation currently undergoing ISO 27001:2022 certification.
- Develop and upgrade applications using .NET 9, C#, Entity Framework.
- Design, build and continuously improve eSPM platform features.
- Create and integrate APIs for system interoperability.
- Optimise performance and enhance user experience (UX).
- Apply and promote best development practices.
- Write and optimise SQL queries; manage Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Analyse, correct and optimise data integrity and performance.
- Contribute to platform architecture evolution toward modern solutions.
- Utilise Azure services (App Services, Functions) for cloud‑based development.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage Azure DevOps workflows.
- Ensure code quality through monitoring and automation.
- Provide advanced technical support:
- Diagnose and resolve complex application and data issues.
- Collaborate with international business users for troubleshooting.
Profile
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in full‑stack .NET development.
- Very good command of C#, .NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Azure and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps).
- UX/UI awareness.
- Good front‑end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Kendo UI would be a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
- Awareness of security best practices (data protection, access controls, OWASP guidelines, etc.).
- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
