Tradeshow Marketer (Field Marketer)

Great Day Improvements Patio Enclosures invites you to join as a Field Marketer, showcasing patio enclosure product lines and serving as a brand ambassador to potential clients at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events through face‑to‑face interactions with potential clients.
• Demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects at events.
• Engage in face‑to‑face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand's products and services.
• Transport and set up/tear down exhibit displays and materials per guidelines.
• Schedule free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and lead submission best practices.
• Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication.
• Work independently or in a team environment to represent your assigned brand with passion and professionalism.
• Manage flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Travel to event locations and participate in door‑to‑door marketing as needed.
• Timely submission of all timecards and paperwork.
• Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor, handling rejection resiliently.
• Adapt to various event environments and engage with a wide range of customer personalities.
• Provide information, persuade, and generate leads while promoting the brand's value.
• Work independently with initiative to take charge at events.

Compensation

• Hourly base pay $21.00 per hour plus commission.
• Compensation increases based on performance.
• Paid training and flexible part‑time work hours.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Smartphone for timekeeping and appointment setting.
• Represent Patio Enclosures or one of Great Day’s home improvement brands at local events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers energetically.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and sharing product knowledge.
• Adaptability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Team‑oriented yet able to work independently.

Experience

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in tradeshow marketing or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Experience in inside or outside sales is helpful but not mandatory.
