Healthcare Marketer & Business Development Rep.

Compass Palliative Care specializes in supporting individuals facing the challenges of serious illness, including conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, neurological disorders like Parkinson's, and others. Our care is designed to manage stress, enhance comfort, and support quality of life alongside curative treatments. We work collaboratively with primary care doctors to provide comprehensive and compassionate care at any stage of a serious illness, creating a supportive journey for patients and their families.

We are seeking a Marketing Representative for the City of Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Requirements

• 1‑to‑5‑year background in the medical field to work with physicians, SNFs, ALFs, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
• Strong account management and people skills are a must.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.

Duties

• Cold calling leads for new business.
• Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
• Scheduling and conducting educational in‑services.
• Providing the highest level of customer service.
• Attending weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings via Zoom to review business development goals and progress.
